The Indian Premier League (IPL) is a professional Twenty20 cricket league in India. There are currently eight teams that participate in the IPL:

- Delhi Capitals (DC)
- Kings XI Punjab (KXIP)
- Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR)
- Mumbai Indians (MI)
- Rajasthan Royals (RR)
- Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB)
- Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH)
- Lucknow Super Giants
- Gujarat Titans
Each team is made up of both domestic and international players, with a maximum of four foreign players allowed in the playing XI. The teams compete against each other in a round-robin format followed by playoffs to determine the IPL champion.
